Basic Life Support Training

This is a course that equips individuals with lifesaving skills, especially for victims with compromised airway, breathing, and circulation. It provides basic medical concepts such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to support breathing and circulation until advanced medical help arrives, and choking management. The course targets both health and non-health care providers.

This program generally refers to the type of care that first responders, healthcare providers, and public safety professionals provide to anyone who is experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or an obstructed airway.

Duration: One Day- 8 am – 4 pm

Cost: $650.00

Certification: Valid for 2 years

What You’ll Learn

  1. Recognize cardiac arrest quickly (unresponsive, not breathing or abnormal breathing).

  2. Check for signs of life (consciousness, breathing, pulse).

  3. Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants.

  4. Call for emergency help immediately (activate EMS/ambulance).

  5. Relieve choking (foreign-body airway obstruction) in adults and infants.

  6. Start early and effective CPR to improve survival chances.

  7. Use an AED (defibrillator) as soon as it's available.

  8. Understand basics of post-cardiac arrest care after resuscitation.
