WILDERNESS FIRST AID
This course equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively address injuries, illnesses, or emergencies outside of modern facilities. The program provides the information and practical skills to make life-saving decisions, ensure responder safety, and give the participants the confidence required to deal with medical emergencies in remote locations where a coordinated emergency response is unlikely.
Course Details
Duration: Two days – 16 hours of didactic training
One night – 8 hours outdoor hands-on skills training.
Cost: $2,000.00 per person
Certification: Valid for 2 years
Participants will be evaluated on both theoretical and practical components.
